The Crispy Talk Show is coming back next month for a special discussion around mental health, a difficult but also very important topic to discuss.

After going through two years of unprecedented upheaval, we invited three experts to come and breakdown for us the effects of the latest health crisis on our community. They will give you some good tips to learn (or relearn) how to take care of your mental well-being.

Khanya Frans is the founder of The Adventures of OT Podcast and the acting Vice-President of the  Occupational Therapy Association of South Africa. Khanya makes use of her podcast to collaborate  with health professionals around the world to unpack a series of topics faced by health professionals. She is currently practicing as an  Occupational Therapist within a psychiatric setting where she works with patients presenting with mood disorders, anxiety and depression. Khanya values lifelong learning, empowering those around her with knowledge and contributing positively  towards society.

Steven McFarlane is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy.

Based at his practice, London City Therapy located in London’s Moorgate area, Steven utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help his client’s build better relationships with themselves within a time-limited therapy framework.

Idriss Kamtcheu is an Event and Training Manager for a range of social enterprises, he is passionate about creating space for Black communities where individuals can be their authentic selves while they gain knowledge and self-development.

Idriss is also a Director of Events and Logistics for the BiPP Network, an organisation dedicated in advancing the interests of Black and Ethics Minorities in the field of Psychiatry and Psychology.

We cannot wait to welcome them all on the Crispy Talk-Show for the last discussion of this season !
